Once you have selected one of Shaspo Tours programs, or even have asked for tailor made program, your Shaspo Tours Holiday Manager will contact you to arrange all the required services.
Upon accepting the program including all arrangements, you are kindly requested to pay a deposit by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) or by Bank Wire Transfer to Shaspo Tours inorder to send you final confirmation for your program.
What happen if the client asked to adjust his program ?
Once the client receive the final confirmation for his booking from Shaspo Tours by e. mail, he is kindly requested to send his acceptance to this final confirmation by e. mail to Shaspo Tours, any changes required after the client acceptance to the final confirmation program, it will be subject to availability, even If the full amount has been received.
Deposit for Individual Bookings :
25% deposit from total amount required at normal seasons to secure space for your holiday before arrival.
50% deposit from total amount required at the high season “ Christmas, New Year or Easter period”
to secure space for your holiday before arrival.
Deposit can be paid Either by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ), Wire Bank transfer, or Western Union.
Deposit for Group Bookings :
50% deposit from total amount required by Bank wire transfer to Shaspo Tours Bank account upon booking this to secure space for your group.
Rest of Payment :
For Individual Bookings :
Rest of payment can be Either :
- On Cash basis upon Arrival
- Or by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) upon Arrival – but Credit Card should be the same Credit Card of the same Traveler not any other Credit Card.
For Group Bookings :
Rest of payment should be by Bank wire transfer to Shaspo Tours Bank account at least one month before group arrival this to secure space for your group.
Payment Policy for Egypt Desert Safari Programs :
Information required for Payment by Credit Card :
As per our Bank regulations, if you prefer to pay by Credit Card, you are kindly requested to handle a copy of the following documents to Shaspo Tours representative upon arrival.
• Clear copy of your passport Signed with your Signature
• Clear copy for both sides of your credit card with your signature.
• Authorization with your signature including the amount for deposit or rest of payment allowing Shaspo Tours to charge this amount from your credit card, signature should be the same signature on your credit card.

In case of cancellation, you are kindly requested to send Shaspo Tours fax or e.mail to cancel your holiday.
The following charges will be applied in case of cancellation:
- 45 days before arrival, you will be charged only 6% from total amount as Bank fees transaction.
- From 40 to 30 days before arrival, you will be charged 25% from total amount of the tour price.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% from total amount of the tour price.
- From 14 to 8 days before arrival, you will be charged 75% from total amount of the tour price.
- From 7 to 1 days before arrival, you will be charged 100% ( The total amount of your tour price )
In addition, in case of cancellation for domestic flights, there will be cancellation fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
Refund, will be returned to the same account and with the same method you have paid before to Shaspo Tours, and in case of no show, there will be no refund at all.
Prices for accommodation based per person for Two persons sharing one room, and for single accommodation there will be single supplement charges. All published prices inclusive of service charges and taxes, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Children under 6 years old : Free of charge “Sharing parents room”
Children from 6 to 11 years : will be charged 50% from the adult price “Sharing parents room”
Child from 12 years and more : will be charged as adult.
In case of domestic or sleeper train reservations, supplement will be applied for your child.
Shaspo Tours is a Travel Agency responsible for hotel, rail, boat, domestic, van reservations, and no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to any person.
Shaspo Tours has no liability for force major, weather, God acts, governmental acts or any other authorities, riots, labor disputes, wars, civil disturbances, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. Responsibility is not accepted for any additional expenses.
In case you have any complaints during your holiday in Egypt, you are kindly requested to notify shaspo Tours immediately, and shaspo Tours will be more than happy to solve any problem quickly. If you feel that your problem not solved, you are kindly requested to call Shaspo Tours chairman during your Egypt tour, and he will be more than happy to solve your problem immediately.
Tipping is not obligatory, it is customary, and it is a matter of satisfaction to the services, so if you were satisfied with the services you can pay, and if you were not satisfied do not pay any tip, tip will be appreciated from the staff offering an excellent services, and taking care of the clients.
